It describes clinical cases of patients with poststroke spasticity of the upper and lower extremities who have received combined therapy using botulinum toxin type A (Botox) injections.</p></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="ru"><p>Статья посвящена актуальной проблеме – медицинской реабилитации пациентов с постинсультной спастичностью.
