Боль в поясничном отделе позвоночника: этиология, дифференциальная диагностика и лечение (обзор литературы и клинический случай)

Аннотация

Статья посвящена этиологии, распространенности, дифференциальной диагностике и подбору терапии при болевом синдроме в поясничном отделе позвоночника. Для выяснения причины поясничного болевого синдрома необходимы согласованные действия невролога и ортопеда, так как хронический болевой синдром часто обусловлен системным поражением суставов – остеоартрозом. На примере клинического случая рассмотрен алгоритм ведения пациента с дегенеративно-дистрофическими изменениями поясничного отдела и остеоартрозом с использованием нестероидных противовоспалительных средств.
