Использование локального введения кортикостероидов при лечении синдрома запястного канала
Аннотация
Синдром запястного канала – наиболее часто встречающаяся туннельная нейропатия. В настоящей статье представлен обзор литературы, посвященный использованию локального введения кортикостероидов при лечении данной патологии. Рассмотрены вопросы эффективности и безопасности процедуры, существующие модификации ее выполнения. Определены показания к применению, обсуждено использование различных кортикостероидов, проведено сравнение локальных инъекций и хирургического лечения.
