Основные разновидности воспалительных миопатий: морфологическая дифференциальная диагностика

Аннотация
В обзоре представлены морфологические подходы диагностики основных нозологических форм воспалительных миопатий. Отражены принципы взятия биоптатов скелетных мышц и методы их гистологической обработки. Дана характеристика гистохимических и иммуногистохимических тканевых маркеров этих заболеваний. Представлены некоторые спорные вопросы морфологической диагностики, а также возможные диагностические ошибки.
