Феномен фокальной констрикции периферического нерва: обзор литературы

Аннотация
Сегодня в литературе все чаще встречается описание феномена фокальной констрикции периферического нерва у пациентов с острой болевой мононейропатией. Использование таких дополнительных методов визуализации периферических нервов, как ультразвуковое исследование и магнитно-резонансная томография, позволило чаще выявлять эту патологию. Несмотря на возросшее числе публикаций, этиология и патогенез фокальной констрикции периферического нерва остаются дискутабельными. Целью обзора является обобщение информации о феномене фокальной констрикции периферического нерва. Нами проведен анализ 30 публикаций в базе данных Pub Med по теме “Hourglass like constriction of peripheral nerve”, который включает описание 158 клинических случаев фокальной констрикции периферического нерва.
